I did not know someone could be denied for insurance. What if i didn’t have car insurance? I felt wronged. Before speaking the same agent thru phone, they gave me the wrong email to send declaration documents & had the nerve to laugh at me. I hate this company now. Hate them. Incredibly overrated."

Not the type of customer service you would need and expect when dealing with such an important matter. Stay away if you are new to them and run away if you are an existing customer.
